Where required, we recommend open-back or gemstone-friendly settings so the stone sits securely while allowing proper light movement and skin contact, depending on the intended use.

We offer customised jewellery options in gold, silver, panchdhatu, and other suitable metals where applicable.

Before production begins, key details such as metal choice, ring size, design, stone placement, making cost, and expected timeline are confirmed.

Once jewellery work begins, it becomes a made-to-order piece created specifically for your selected gemstone and requirements.

For this reason, customised and made-to-order jewellery is not returnable once production has started.
