We understand that a gemstone is a deeply meaningful purchase.

More than price, there is often hope, faith, emotion, and personal significance attached to it.

We want you to be absolutely sure of the gemstone you have bought from us.

Take Time to Inspect & Decide

Once the gemstone reaches you, you have time to inspect it carefully, view it in your own light, compare it with the certificate, and make your final decision with peace of mind.

If the gemstone does not feel right, or you find it unsuitable for any reason, you may request a return within the allowed return period.

We do not want you to keep a gemstone that you do not feel comfortable with after receiving it.

Return Eligibility

The only thing we ask is that the gemstone is returned in the same condition in which it was delivered.

It should not be worn, scratched, damaged, altered, replaced, or set into jewellery.

This ensures that when the gemstone is offered again, the next buyer also receives exactly what they are paying for.

Customized and made-to-order jewellery is not returnable once production has begun, because it is created specifically for your selected gemstone and requirements.

Unboxing Video Recommendation

For your safety and ours, we strongly recommend recording an unboxing video when opening the package.

This helps protect both sides in case of transit damage, packaging concerns, or mismatch claims.

Inspection & Refund Process

Once the returned gemstone is received, it is inspected by our team to confirm that it is the same stone and is in its original condition.

After inspection approval, the refund is processed as per the applicable return policy.
